In addition to our regular coaching programs, we offer NOX-certified courses for professional padel coaches who want to enhance their skills and help their students improve faster.
NOX METHOD
At BPA, we are committed to providing the most valuable learning experience for all of our padel players. All our coaches are certified with the NOX Method Coaching certification, which was created by Pablo Crosetti. Crosetti is one of the world's most renowned padel coaches and former head coach of the NFA (NOX Future Academy) in Barcelona. With his expertise, he has trained world champion Agustin Tapia, since the age of 12, as well as rising stars like Leo Ausburger and Tino Libaak. When you train with BPA's NOX-certified coaches, you can rest assured that you will have fun while improving your game with every session.
PLAYERS ACADEMY
Our coaches will guide you throughout all padel’s tactical and technical aspects while simulating in-game situations, using the latest methodologies, techniques, equipment, gear, and video analysis. Our individual and group lessons are designed to strike the perfect balance between fun and learning.

KIDS ACADEMY
Our objective at BPA is to educate and develop children while having fun playing padel. Besides the pure aspects of the game of padel; we are aiming to empower the values of sport: effort, discipline, camaraderie, humility and respect.
Kids lessons are divided by ages or by level and with a maximum capacity of 5 kids per group for a better learning experience.

COACHES ACADEMY
At BPA we are dedicated to supporting the growth and international expansion of padel by providing high-quality training programs for coaches based on the NOX Method. Our experienced coaches have over 20 years of experience coaching players and coaches, ensuring that you receive the highest quality instruction possible. We aim to meet this goal by offering two distinct programs:

Designed specifically for padel players who would like to become padel coaches or tennis coaches looking to expand their business model to include padel coaching.
Upon completion of either program, coaches will receive a private diploma that recognizes their completion of the program they were enrolled in.
The Padel Coach Level 1 certification from BPA is the perfect starting point for those who are new to padel coaching or want to expand their knowledge in order to provide better instruction for beginners. This comprehensive training program equips coaches with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively teach padel and help them to overcome day-to-day challenges encountered in padel classes. Our updated courses are structured to meet the current reality of padel coaching and are based on the NOX Method, balancing the enjoyment of playing padel and optimised learning experience.

Designed for those who are already qualified padel coaches and want to take their coaching skills to the next level under the unified criteria of the NOX Method.
Upon completion of either program, coaches will receive a private diploma that recognizes their completion of the program they were enrolled in.
Our NOX BPA Advanced padel coach certification, offers a comprehensive analysis and practice of both tactical and technical aspects of padel coaching, with a focus on achieving optimal performance. You will have access to the latest training trends and advanced techniques for analysing each shot and tactical situations within a padel match. You will also learn a solid criteria to easily identify student errors, which will allow you to provide more effective feedback to your students. The course is delivered in a didactic and attractive way, making it easy to understand and implement in your own coaching practice. With this certification, you will be able to coach the advanced technique and tactic aspects of padel, helping your students to compete at the top of their capabilities.

Head Coach of the BPA Coaching Team and NOX Method Ambassador
Arturo Hernando is BPA’s new top-tier padel coach, bringing nearly 10 years of coaching experience working with players of all ages and levels, from beginners to high-performance competitors.
With an international background, Arturo has coached and led clinics in multiple countries, combining the NOX Method with modern training principles and a strong focus on player development. Alongside his coaching career, he has competed on the professional circuit, winning national and international titles and reaching a career-high A1 Padel ranking of #30.
Arturo’s passion for padel, precision on court, and high padel IQ define his coaching style. He focuses on smart decision-making, solid fundamentals, and competitive mentality, helping BPA players elevate their game while enjoying the sport at every stage of their journey.

Jorge Falco is an experienced and dedicated padel coach with over 12 years of coaching expertise and a solid academic background in Sports Science and Physical Education.
